Think of Fitness as a Wheel

The day you decide to get healthy and fit, you are handed a floppy tire tube. To move better and run stronger you need to build a functioning, strong wheel! With my coaching, we can work together to make the process of becoming healthy and strong both fun, and simple!

At the center of that wheel (the hub) is your potential, and the goals you visualize working toward. Everything rotates around that. But the spokes? These are what support your wheel, and they are all equally as important! The spokes are:
