The law firm formerly known as the Law Offices of Charles B. Rosenstein, is pleased to announce that the name has changed to ROSENSTEIN ORAPELLO, PLLC. The firm’s recent rebranding initiative includes a new (and improved) name, logo and website!

Charles “Chuck” Rosenstein and Robert Orapello are excited to announce the formation of their new partnership, which will be the successor in interest to Chuck’s previous firm.  Rosenstein Orapello will continue to specialize in helping buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate successfully navigate the closing process.  The law firm will continue to operate MARATHON TITLE AGENCY, INC.  to provide its clients with fast and efficient title searching and title insurance.

“The unveiling of our new brand complements the expansion of our law firm,” said founder and partner, Rosenstein. “With the new brand, we can capture the light-hearted atmosphere of our firm that sets us apart from other law offices, while reinforcing our commitment to being the experts in real estate law in the Capital Area.”

Chuck has been practicing real estate law in the Capital District for 27 years, and has put together a wonderful team of experienced paralegals who know what it takes to handle the closing process, from start to finish.  Since Rob joined Chuck’s firm, he has worked extremely hard at not only supporting the growth of the firm, but at growing his own client base and referral sources as well.  Together Chuck and Rob will utilize their experience and support team to continue to provide their clients with help and guidance not only in real estate law, but wherever clients might need legal help!

Attorneys should have a specialty that they are known for. But at the same time, an attorney must also be a counselor to his client,  able to refer the client to a competent attorney who can handle a client’s matter when he or she cannot.  This is exactly what Chuck has done over 27 years, and his clients know that when help is needed,  it is only a phone call away.

When Rosenstein opened his firm back in 2005,  his goal was to build his law practice one satisfied customer at a time.  “People want to work with people they like. And I have strived to create a firm that people like because of the good people who work here, and the good work that we do for our customers.   In fact we have never had a team member leave our firm after being hired,” Rosenstein explains. “We have been so fortunate to have hired the right people who are great at what they do, and are nice people to work with. The new firm will continue to embody this mindset to continue to grow our customer base.”

Rosenstein Orapello understands that what they do is unique, and that their clients are more often than not unfamiliar with the closing process, and what is required to get from the contract stage of the process to a completed closing.  With that in mind, team members are trained to educate their customers about the process, and what steps they will be asked to reach everyone’s goal – The closing on the purchase or sale of their home!

At Rosenstein Orapello, every transaction is also unique to the parties involved and the property that is being bought and sold. “Rosenstein Orapello, PLLC, has combined thirty years experience in the representation of buyers, sellers and lenders in real estate transactions,” Rosenstein states. “And we use our team’s years of experience in dealing with the many issues that can and will arise to help our customers understand the process, and how these issues can be resolved.   Every real estate client will leave the closing with a Keychain from our firm as a gift, and a thank you for allowing us to have been a part of the process for them.”

R&O Turn the Key

Clients also receive a follow-up phone call from the Rosenstein Orapello office after the closing, to check in and to answer any questions that they may have forgotten to ask at the closing table.  “Happy satisfied customers is what we strive for at Rosenstein Orapello, PLLC,” say partner Rob Orapello.

After working with associate Rob Orapello for only two years, Chuck knew Rob was the partner needed to take his law practice to the next level. “I see in Rob a lot of the qualities and work ethic that I had when I started practicing real estate law over 27 years ago.  Rob is a smart lawyer who people just like to work with!  He has learned not only the law of real estate in New York,  but just as importantly,  how to relate to the people who need the services that we provide at our firm,” says Chuck Rosenstein. “Rob is personable and easy to talk to.  He truly cares about each and every one of his clients and their file, and will do whatever is necessary to see that they have the best experience possible when involved in the closing process of buying or selling a home… I know that we will be as successful in growing this new firm together as I was in getting it to where it is today.”

As Rosenstein states. “We are committed to providing excellent customer service to all of our clients throughout every step of the real estate transaction. To put it simply, Real Estate is what we do.Rosenstein Orapello, PLLC is located at 440 New Karner Rd. in Albany, NY.
